Invalid

Is a signed Proff of Paternity form, invalid, if the mother of the child, is still legally married to someone other than the child's father?.

Her husband is the presumed father. That presumption can be overcome by dna tests. However, the husband has only two years after birth in which to request a dna test. Therefore it would appear that after the paternity presumption becomes conclusive. If you are the bio father then you should immediately file a paternity suit or hope that the husband does nothing for two years.
