Lawyer Consultation

What is the protocol regarding contacting the attorney used in your divorce by the other party? Is it possible to retain this attorney even though the other party used her in the original proceeding? Both attorneys filed withdrawal of attorney notices after the dissolution proceedings.

yes, you can retain the attorney for anything unrelated to the divorce
