Legal Custody

Can he get legal custody , in prison for 4 more years, he is a sex offender, and is demanding legal custody, can he get it? I filed for divorce and the papers state for me to have all around custody

It would be very difficult for a registered sex offender to get custody of a child. The fact that he will be in prison for 4 more years will also make it more difficult for him to get custody.
