Marriage agreement

We are divorce, but we did a quick divorce in six week. We did m.a. and signed and had it NotoryPlublic. My x does not hold to the agreement and he owe me 10,000 in back child support. What should i do will our agreement hold up in court.

there was no court case filed yet for support and child cusody isues. will are m.a.hold up in the california court. I sur hope so because thats all me and my two children have. Can you help me I would be willing to e mail a copy of the M. A. to you.

If your agreement was made a part of your judgment it is a valid agreement and you have a judgment. Contact a family law attorney to have it enforced. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
