Legal Question in Family Law in California

Married in 1987, husband left me in 1989. Found out I was pregnant, husband left to work overseas did not want anything to do with me or his son. I filed for divorce in 1990 tried to serve him in Spain no luck, nothing was ever done with case. is it possible to take same case into court and have judge rule on it even though my son is now 19??

No, the old case probably has long been dismissed by the court due to lack of service. However, since you are married to him, you can file a new divorce case.
