Legal Question in Family Law in California

I recently filed an order after hearing that contained errors. my spouse filed same simultaneously and his was correct. his attny is now asking that i "withdraw" my order or he will file a motion to vacate and charge me attny fees! HOW DO I WITHDRAW A DOCUMENT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN FILED IN COURT???!!

You should ask him to stipulate to modifying the order after hearing and enter in a new order after hearing that reflects the correct order.
