Legal Question in Family Law in California

Just went to mediation for1st time, my ex asked for a drug test which he has to pay for, when they gave us our copies of the court order, it clearly states to go over it make sure no corrections need to be made because once you leave the court house the court order can't be changed, it has to be changed that same day, by court clerk or mediator. My ex walked out right behind me, so I know he left. Okay so on the order they messed up, on the drug test it states. " The father shall undergo hair analysis drug screening at Stanislaus county courthouse no later then 02-10-2016, at the expense of the father. Failure to test has the same consequences as a positive test.". So they said whats in the order is the rules we must follow, so what does this mean, since I was the one told to take the test, but the order doesn't say that.

Your question suggests that there was a serious error in the preparation of the order that obviously needs to be corrected. You should return to court to request the same.
