Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex and I were ordered to talk through a free website that keeps track of our conversations. He informed me that his (ex?) girlfriend would log on and answer my emails to him, or ask me about changing dates, without his knowledge. Now I am not sure who I am talking to and want the judge to be aware of what is happening, because I do not know if I am talking to him or to her, and the judge told him last time that she is to have nothing to do with me as far as communication, that all communication needs to be between us. What should I do? Do I file an OTC and explain what is happening and request that we now use the site you have to pay for?

If you have a return date, you should bring this issue to the courts attention. If you do not have a return date, you should put the matter back on calendar so the judge can address this problem.
