Separated from spouse

Me and my wife are separated for 3 1/2 yrs. We both want her off of my insurance. How do we do this.

You can probably do that by an endorsement to the policy, which both of you sign. You should also file for a separation or dissolution of your marriage in which that issue would be resolved. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

If you have a divorce case that exists, you need to generate, or have an attorney generate, a Stipulation and Order accomplishing this task. If you sign and she signs it, the Judge will sign it making it official and binding. If you do not have a law case pending, I do not see anything that would prohibit you from just telling the carrier to drop your estranged wife.
