Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to sign my rights over to my son's biological father now that he is back in his life how can I do that cause his mother is railroading me for everything and letting his biological father get away free and clear and I don't even get to see my son and my son just wants his biological father not me he is 8 what can I do.
