ex spouse die,stop garnishments

My Exspouse died , all children over 18 ,how do I stop garnishments of spousal support and back child support?

You can probably have that stopped by ex-parte motion. The spousal support terminates but you still owe back child support to the estate of your ex-wife. The question is whether anyone will enforce it. Contact your facilitators office or retain an attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
