Your question is too abstract. The simple answer is that all states honor sister-state judgments in all but the most exceptional circumstances. However, how the judgment is applied and which state would have jurisdiction for actual enforcement would depend on the specific details of the judgment and what enforcement might be needed. Just for example, if you get a judgment that you pay spousal support, your ex can follow a proceedure to have the judgment registered in the state you move to, and then it would be enforced according to the state you move to's enforcement of judgments law. In the same situation, but if you are the one receiving the support payments from an ex who stays in California, then you would enforce in California under California law.
