Legal Question in Family Law in California

Whats my first step?

My Husband for whom I am legally seperated owes me and my dad tens of thousands of dollars--we have 5 civil suits against him together now-all for money he has borrowed and not paid back--back child support--back income tax returns I didnt get my half of--my car insurance pay off for my car--(he stole the check and cashed it) and a life insurance policy that we cashed out after he was fired from his job of 20 years for theft. we got that check and he took that and cashed and kept the whole thing too. Now I hear he is buying a house--how can I be sure that I can get my money and my dad's money when Im sure that he will use his Mother as a decoy and hide behind her(as in he will have her put it in her name so nobody can go after him. Cant I supena his mothers accounts and his?or what can I do? He is a sconderal

You indicated that you are "legally separated." If that is correct then you should have a judgment signed by the court. You need to look to the judgment and then enforce the terms.

However, if you do not have a judgment then you need to go forward with a Divorce or Legal Separation petition.
