translate order for visitation

I need help tranlating the order for supervised visits. It's stated/writen as ''Respondent shall have visitation with the minor child on Tuesdays from 11-2 & every weekend as agreed between the parties.'' Does this mean every single Tuesday & weekend, or only as we can agree on?

Absent any other relevant language in the Judgment, it means every tuesday. It also means the weekends to the extent that you agree.
