Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

auto accident

I was involved in a car accident on 12/15/02. I am now trying to collect monetarily for damages done to myself and my car. It is getting hard to collect and I am wondering, is there anyway I can go to court civily on this matter? If so, can you please let me know which forms I should fill out. I appreciate any advice you can give to me.

Just a bit of info: the man who ran the red light was not insured and since I don't have uninsured motorvehicle on my coverage, I'd have to use comprehension and my 2 year time limit to file is coming up soon and I really don't want my rate to increase. Please help.

Re: auto accident

You can definitely pursue this matter in civil court. You would have to file a complaint. It is possible to do this on your own, but litigating a case on your own can be difficult. If you would like, you can call me directly and we can discuss your options.

Was there a police report with witnesses? You should contact me and sue.
