Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Exhibits

Needed to know if I include exhibits into evidence when filing an answer in unlimited civil case in county of orange. Case is breach of contract, and the norm of fraud and misrepresentation allegations.

Re: Exhibits

No response should normally include exhibits.

Defending a civil unlimited case by yourself is beyond your skill set, and you would be wasting your time and money by attempting to play amateur lawyer. If you have contacted a number of attorneys and you still feel you can't afford one, do nothing. Go to your local watering hole and slam back $320 worth of margaritas.
