Is it possible to block a lien sale in court by filing some type of document?

Anything is possible if you can convince a judge that you have legal grounds to block the lien sale. The automatic stay of a bankruptcy could also halt a lien sale, at least temporarily. You need to provide more context to determine in a court action to stop the lien sale is feasible.
