Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am a nursing student and I have been a victim of identity theft in which my school has released my student info without my consent or knowledge. Which forms do I need to file a civil legitimate lawsuit?

The first question is whether and how you have been damaged. Once you determine that, you will be able to determine if you need to file in Small Claims Court or Superior Court.
