Can you sue an individual person of a nonprofit organization or do you have to sue all board members?

Your question is hard to answer because you haven\'t explained why you want to sue. If your grievance is against the organization then you would sue the organization itself, not its board members. If it is against an individual who just happens to be on the board, then there is no reason to sue either the organization or the other board members. There may be cases in which it would make sense to sue one or more of the board members, but I would need to know a lot more before I could say if your case is one of them.
