Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Divorce as permanent residence

Got married on July 2002, when my husband was still a greencard holder. I was on the studnet Visa when I got married. Than I went out of status when he was still greencard holder. He told me that this problem will solve once he get his US Citizenship. He got his Citizens in 2004 February. than he petition me for the greencard. I finally got my greencard in September 2004. but since I was married for more than 2 years, they gave me permanent greencard. my husband wants to now get divorce with me becuase he thinks that we both are not happy with each other. Will there be problem with me if I get divorce? and will there going to be a problem to get my citizens?

please help me
