It's hard to say as there are not enough details. Are you talking about entering without a visa or overstaying your status? Do you have an employer or family member who has sponsored you for a green card before April 30, 2001? Are you married or do you have children who are U.S. citizen over 21 years old ? If so, what's the status of your spouse?
