We need to know more about why your husband was deported. Generally, a U.S. citizen may petition for a spouse to seek an immigrant visa at a consulate overseas. If he's otherwise inadmissible, he can seek to waive the reasons why he cannot obtain a green card. This is generally sought because a U.S. citizen spouse will face extreme and unusual hardship by being apart.

But, more information about his past, including immigration violations, crimes, etc., will be needed before I can assist you.

Note, most out-of-state attorneys can legally help you because we are permitted to practice federal immigration law outside of our state of jurisdiction. Please feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation.

Sincerely,
