Re: pregnant options

If you have a visa to enter the U.S. and your intention is consistent with the visa, then you may enter to have a child. Some people who have visitor visas deliver their children here. The advice would thereafter to return to your home country or if you change your mind about wanting to live here permanently after you arrive, you could apply for permanent residence if you have a means to do so. Birth of your child gives no immigration benefits until child is 21 years old.

The hard part could be convincing the consular officer at the consulate if you need a visa, or border or airport officer that you plan to just visit if you are showing.
