Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Revoked green card

My brother got his green card revoked, because he went to prison. We're Hmong and have no country to return to. So, is there a way for him to get his green card back? What is his status as of right now?

Re: Revoked green card

What do you mean "revoked"? Was this before an immigration judge? Has he been before a judge? What was his conviction for, and did he have an attorney for his immigration case? When did he get deported, if he did. If he is Hmong, he will most likely obtain withholding of removal, but I still need more facts.
