Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

While in South America last year property that a partner and I owned had an offer and I was required to have a grant correction deed and exhibit A (legal description)

notarized at the US Consulate. These documents prior to being recorded at the county clerk--- the exhibit A page and correction deed were altered. The county clerk's recorded copy and the title company's copy now included a second piece of property that wasn't on the original; both of these copies aren't identical.

The notary stamp on the altered document doesn't exist any longer. The title company's copy is different from the county clerk's and both aren't a true copy.

That second piece of property was sold out-from-under me.

What are my options?
