underage driver involved in an accident

i have a provisional liscence and i'm under 18. I have full coverage on my insurance. i was in an accident with an underaged passenger. If the accident was mostly my fault, will my insurance company pay for the damage on my car and the other party's car as well? The other party does not have insurance and was not driving his own vehicle. Also, what if the accident was mostly HIS fault? Will my liscense be suspended or not? Keep in mind that the officer did not take down a written report at the moment and did not give me a ticket for driving an underaged passenger with my provisional liscence.

Your states motor vehicle division is in control of deciding on your driver's license at least before any civil judgments.

What are the fact of the accident?

You have a few questions worked in here.

1. If you are at fault, your insurance company will pay for the damage to the other person's car, up to your policy limits. If you have collision, they will pay for the damage to your car.

2. If the accident was the other party's fault, your insurance will pay for your car if you have collision coverage. If you do not, they will pay up to $3,500 if you have uninsured motorist property damage. If you do not have either, you will have to sue him for your damages.

3. Wait to see if DMV contacts you about your license. Until you hear from them, do not worry about it.
