Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I am a budding professional photographer in Southern California. Is it legal for me to sell photographs of buildings in Balboa Park, San Diego and also of the Self Realization Center (taken from the public sidewalk) in Encinitas? What about photos of animals taken at the San Diego Zoo? Do I need permission from these entities to sell these images?

Thank you for your insight!

Seems to me you need no permission from anyone to shoot or to sell any of the photos you've described.
