Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

My friend made a small parody of Farmville on You Tube but it as taken down due to copyright violations and almost cost his account and business. However, my friend and the the copyright holders that owns Farmville, Zynga made an legal agreement written down on paper that allows him to make a parody and then Zynga violated their end of the agreement. My friend is a You Tube personality but I won't say who. So my first question is who is in the right here and my second question can my friend sue the copyright holders for violating their end of the legal agreement and almost costing his business on You Tube?

Feel free to have your friend contact me -- I'll review the contract for free, but without seeing the agreement, I can't give you any opinion one way or the other.
