Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I need to do a trademark assignment that will still have a security interest against the assignment. It will not be transferred free and clear. Is there a good form that I can use from findlegalforms.com or other similar services?

Well, the short answer in "no"....primarily due to the fact that you are attempting three different requests in the same document; as such, you shoud work with an attorney of your choice to draft the most appropriate agreement.
