Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

Cps recently conducted and investagation on my regarding neglect, the investigation is over and nothing has come of it. I took it upon myself to do some research my self and start asking question to the case worker and her supervisor only to find that the investigation was being conducted on beliefs from the case worker. She fabricated an entire event and falsely accused me of some very horrible things, since then her supervisor has told me how sorry they are about the 5 months of hell she put me through but also the damage done to my family. She ( the supervisor) is asking me to let them close the case so we can all move on. I have all the evidence of her wrong doing and I guess I need to know how to proceed with it? What kind of lawyer do I need to press charges against the case worker? And yes I understand they have immunities but I'm sure once the right lawyer gets ahold of what she has done and the pain and suffering she has caused it won't be hard to prove my case. How should I proceed with this matter?

A high percentage of CPs cases are fraudulent or undertaken with the wrong intent. This causes results as you experienced. I have seem this myself and it is very sad. Immunity for county works can hold, but I suspect the very willfully evil behavior is not protected absolutely. I would try to find an attorney who has successfully prosecuted such government entities. In the alternative I would go to the highest authority in the matter and do you best to have the bad employee removed.
