Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

Juvenile dependency

Mydaughtr who is responsible for cps/ss interfering and removing children, was influenced by mother (in litigation w/me in property theft, boc, conversion and fraud. ss gave her guardianship and now my daughter, afer 11 months has run awayfrom caretaker, proved substance abuse addiction, ran away two days ago from orangewood childrens home and now wants to admit false accusation of sexual abuse on my boyfriend. we are heading into 12 months of removal, have proof of so much misconduct w.sservices and attorneys (p.d.'s) I have had all my assets stolen from mother, cannot work thru cooperatin of courts requests and am inundated with the hell and chaos ss has caused. I am a fighter and i know i have substantial evidence to win against the county and cps. I also have my real estate docs/case prepared (over 800 docs)by an attorney i paid 10k and now am able to file andsettle but cannot afford legal counsel. Help me stand before two judges i know i can win over, just because i am legally correct and a good mother of 4 unbelievably wonderful children, who are highly intelligent, loving, athletic, and strong in their own characters, and humorous, even though they are emotionally worse than ever since this began 12/15/06. Please rescue us all

Re: Juvenile dependency

You are not the first person I've met who has been driven bananas by a CPS case. But your long, meandering post does not say what kind of legal help you are seeking. Are you looking to retain a private attorney to defend your CPS case? A real estate case? Something else? Exactly what is it you think an attorney can do for you?

You are going to have to focus, and write more clearly, with more facts and fewer conclusions. "Fraud," "false accusation," "theft," "misconduct" and "conversion" are all conclusions, legal buzzwords if you will, they are words that convey no information. Stick to Who, What, When, Where, and Why.
