coworker filing a restraining order

I work as an air traffic controller and had an issue with a coworker 2 months ago where she accused me of threating to kill her. Since we are federal employees a federal investigation happened and i was recently cleared of being any sort of threat. No coworker heard me make any such comment. She has tried everything to drag this on and has had no support on her end because she wants a hardship to transfer to another facility. i have yet to be served a restraining order but was told by the federal investigators that even if a restraining order went through it would not apply at work or in a federal facility. What is my best course of action to deal with this? She waits 2 months to file a restraining order, she waited 3 weeks to report the initial threat, but she knows Ive been cleared and am back to work and apperently she has filed a RO. The good news is Im transfering in Sept. but that is six months away.

It does not sound like she will be able to convince the court that she is entitled to a restraining order if she has no proof. It might do you good to have an attorney appear with you at the hearing. . . Either way, if you received anything in writing from federal investigators who cleared you, you should bring that to the hearing. Good luck.
