Not Following Drug Testing Procedure

After I was termanated for testing positive on a random drug screen.I reasearched our policy and D.O.T. law and they did not follow procedure. I was wondering if I had any case even if I was positive on the drug screen.Here are some examples not all of the procedures I felt where not followed.Not maitaining confidentuality by having employee's name's written board in morning it did not say for drug test but all employee's say out load ''getting drug tested''.Our having us all go to a break room for all employee's and sit with the person doing the sreening and all other employee's come and go using the break room and knowing what your there for and making commets that related the getting tested.In procedure it states that if you can not test in a 2 hrs. time period you will be taken to a doctor's office and get a medical evalualtion from a Physician that same day. I was taken to a doctors office and not seen by a Physician I was told wait till I had to go and was tested by one of staff.
