Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Can my employer list my name on his web page without my permission?

I work for a school district that has its own web page. The department director I work for has posted all the employees names with their work phone number and job title. I am not in a management position and I have no problem with the job title and work number. But can they post my name without my permission? I value my privacy, but now anyone can do a search through Yahoo, etc., and see where I work, what my job is, and get my work phone and address!
