Drug testing

I was recently randomly drug tested on the job. I

Tested dirty for pot. I did as the company reqested, and went to a D.O.T doctor,which reported that I didn't have a proplem with pot, and asigned me to some classes. In which I'm attending now. I was told I could return to work, but my forman say's that I can only work 40hrs. a

week and have to be drug tested 10 times a month.

Is this true? and what are the laws for this, and what are my rights?

Re: Drug testing

The law on drug testing in CA is in a state of flux. Changes are taking place pretty fast. Currently there are stict rules if you work for the government but if you work for a private employer they can pretty much do what they want.
