Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employer is cheating my hours

I was driving hourly, part time for a small company from 11/01 to 3/02. From the time I started I was not prvided a time card. I worked an average of 9 to 12 hours a day with out a lunch. When I received my checks they were short 1 hour and all hours were payed in straight time, no overtime payed. As soon as I found another job I requested my final pay check.

When I recieved it an addition of $89.86 was deduted

for lost product and no taxes were withheld. Question? Is there any way to be compensated for my hours, overtime and the lost product deduction they took.
