Legal Question in Employment Law in California
On my final paycheck, my former employer indicated a payperiod of 12/31/12 thru 3/13/13. I think they made an error and meant to indicate 12/31/12-1/13/13. Are they required to pay me thru 3/13/13 as indicated on the paycheck?

No. They are only required to pay you for the days and hours worked.
