Can an employer legally offer flextime to one employee but not any other employees who have worked for the company the same amount of time?

Re: Flextime

Flextime is, in many circumstances, illegal. My question wouldn't be so much about whether it's fair to give flextime to one person versus another, but whether it's legal to impose it to anyone at all. Obviously, we'd need more facts to determine this. Feel free to contact us at (510) 891-9800 for more information on this issue.
