Hi,

Can I forced to submit an irrevocable resignation before the time that I need to sign a contract because I attend a project training that has a 2 year bond?

You can never be forced to resign. If you resign a job you lose unemployment benefits. Make them fire you unless you are offered a very very favorable severance package that makes it worth losing your unemployment rights.
