Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My name is Kim Springer. I worked for the post office at the Dana Point branch. In may of 1993 Mark Richard Hilbun shot up the office. He was after me. The postal service after that treated me like a hot potatoe. I worned them over and over about the crazy man but I don\'t think I was taken to seriously. Since all this I have not been able to hold a job and do not function well in life. Am I entitled to anything

If you're asking if you have any lawsuit potential 16 years after the fact, the answer is certainly no. Check retirement and disability retirement benefits, social security disability, etc.
