Do i need a labor attorney?

First question, If i am aproached,by two men at work ,and during our conversation,one of them, makes the statement:''If you'd shut your F--king mouth'', ''I'd F--king tell ya''.Is that considered sexual harassment? I personally found it offensive, and hurtful. These individuals also retaliated,by attempting to get me fired.Do i need a labor attorney? or Civil? Thank you for any advice you cn give.

Assuming you're female, if you complain to your company and they do nothing about it, if it continues, you may have grounds for action. Contact me if interested in dealing with the company.

It's rude and offensive, but might not be sexual harassment without more. You should talk to your manager, the human resources department, etc., and inform them what's going on. Also, put your concerns in writing, send it to the HR department, and keep a copy for yourself. Hiring a lawyer at this point may be premature. If it's so upsetting that you can't do your work causing you to seek medical intervention, you might consider talking to an attorney about a worker's compensation claim.
