Legal Question in Employment Law in California

as a member in good standing in my uinion, i am being gradually blackballed. i have gone to our union reps and all i get told is that everyone is in the same boat of hours cut. my hour are not cut they have gone to none. the reps say that the companies are hiring their core people, which is not completely true. they hire brand new people befor me, even non-union people are hired while i sit there unemployed. what should i do?
