Last Paycheck not received.

How long does an employer have to give me my final paycheck after firing me?

Hello.

Under California law, if you are terminated for whatever reason, your wages must be paid in their entirety immediately after or upon termination.

If you resign, your employer has 72 hours to produce your final paycheck.
