Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Sick leave / FMLA / Pregancy leave

I had to take three days off due to my kids being really sick and my job is penalizing me for this. They say if I have any more accurances of this, I may loose my job. Is this legal? I just came back from a 6 week pregancy leave and I thought that by FMLA I am allowed to take days off for my kids if they are sick, but my company says that I used up all FMLA rights for my pregnancy leave. Is this true? What if I have exhaughsted my sick/vacation time? Please assist me with my rights. Thank you

Re: Sick leave / FMLA / Pregancy leave

if you have no FMLA, vacation or sick days left then they do not have to give you any time off.
