Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I need to speak to a lawyer regarding the independant contractor exotic dancer vs club owner situation. i realize this is a broad topic and i have many questions as i feel my rights and the rights of my fellow dancers are being violated on a daily basis. There are also girls doing things that endanger the rest of us and are blatently illegal, but the ownership is not stopping it. I live in a very small community so discretion is of upmost importance. I am willing to pay a reasonable fee. Thanks
