i was terminated today and need toknow if its too late to tellthem i have a problem with prescriptionpills and need rehab.

If you hadn't already made the employer aware of your your 'disability' and need for accommodation through a rehab program, then you can't complain the termination was illegal, retaliatory or a failure to accommodate. If they didn't know, they aren't liable.

That leaves you as an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or fired any time for any reason, with or without �cause�, explanation or notice, other than for illegal discrimination, harassment or retaliation under the ADA disability, Civil Rights [age, race, sex, ethnic, religion, pregnancy, etc], Whistle-blower, or similar statutes. I have to assume they fired you for performance problems. You should have raised the issue before that happened, or at least at that time. You still haven't.
