Legal Question in Employment Law in California
hello im a truck driver. i work graveyards. i ended my shift yesterday at 1130am. i was forced to go back at 830pm for a saftey meeting. then after the meeting they gave me a load to phoenix. i refused the load since i wasnt well rested. but now i might be in trouble. can i sue my company for breaking the 10 hour hos rule?

Sue your company?
Not for imposing work rules.
But if you are illegally retaliated against or fired for refusing to perform unsafe or illegal acts, then you might have a claim If so, feel free to contact me.
