Unemployment insurance

My boss suspended me for 3 days for not being a team player, and I was surprised becasue I had done everything she'd asked of me? I felt I was just getting harassed, because of just coming back from disability, so I told her to just fire me then if she's so unhappy with my performance. And she did. Can I still qualify for UI? Please help!

You may have a problem qualifying for benefits because you asked to be terminated. If the employer says, all they were going to do was suspend you but you had a job to come back to after 3 days, it will look like you quit, which will disqualify you.

If that is the case, you will have to convice EDD that you quit for good cause, which will take something more than what you have written in your question. You will need to show a pattern of treatment so outrageous, no reasonable person would have continued working under these circumstances.
