Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Our Apartement complex is trying to change our parking mid-lease. Our lease clearly states two parking spots and they are saying now we can only have one. Is this breach of contract- what are my options- i feel this is unfair

It is a breach of contract because it removes one of the benefits you bargained for in signing the lease. You can demand that you keep your space, be compensated in cash, or sue. Be sure the lease has not ended; 30days before the beginning of a month to month lease the landlord has to notify you of the change. Talk to the manager first.
