commen model for LLC

I own 3 rentle propertys. I need to put them in a corpration or trust of some kind to protect my estate. could you tell me what a typicle modle look like and if I can moov my propertys into It? Thankyou ED

Whether to move your properties into an LLC or a Trust is a complicated question based on your particular needs. Also, a standard "fill-in-the-blanks" trust probably will not be sufficient for you due to your property needs - if your trust is wrong you could lose all the benefits of it.
